NHC HomeCare provides skilled health care services in a person's home when a need arises for care that cannot easily be provided by family or friends. HomeCare services are usually initiated by the registered nurse, and managed by the registered nurse and/or registered therapist. Nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides may come to the home, guided by orders from a primary physician, to provide care and to instruct patients and families related to new and ongoing health needs.
